Hum's Flatter Me Fiber GLP-1 Booster in Strawberry Lemon has a great taste. It's not overly tart like some lemonades. It dissolves easily in 16 oz water and I like to drink it with my dinner. Since it says it helps curb appetite, taking it with dinner seems to help me with late night cravings. It is noticeable and I don't reach for something that'll wreck my diet goals. Probably because one serving has 9 grams of fiber and I feel full. What I really like about it is the amount of digestive enzymes and herbal blend. Before I tried Hum, I was taking a digestive enzyme supplement with almost the same proprietary ingredients. The other perks are it's Clean Label Project Certified, NON-GMO Verified and RD Nutritionist formulated. A lot of supplements don't claim all that! As for the debloating, I think it helps quite a bit. I don't notice any side effects. The only downside is it doesn't come with a little pre-measured spoon and it's only 10 servings per container. That could be very pricey over a month.

This stuff works! For me. I read all the comments before I purchased and for me the most part they were all the same. No one really said they felt they had less of an appetite, and I don’t remember anyone saying anything about it helping them feel less bloated. Almost every review talked about the mixture of powder to water which is 4 teaspoons saying it will be gone in about a week or so if taken everyday (something like that). This product not only tastes great, it mixes well, it definitely works quickly for me when I feel bloated so my stomach is not upset, AND it has definitely worked as an appetite suppressant because I do not feel hungry. And I’m not sure about anyone else but OMG, it has me running to the bathroom throughout the day so I definitely can’t just take this anytime I want. I have only been taking it for about a week so I will see if this is how it continues to work for me. And remember this is just MY experience, everyone’s body is different. But I truly hope it works for everyone the way it has been for me. And HUM just came out with a new pineapple passion fruit flavor!

This is a great fiber supplement! I like that this encourages me to drink more water daily. That alone helps curb appetite. It was fresh when I opened the container. It mixed into my water very well. I used a measuring teaspoon and a small funnel to pour it in my bottled water. I really loved the fruity taste it had. It effectively prevented bloating discomfort as well as the desire to snack or overeat a meal. I do find the price to be a little bit much for just a 10 day supply, but it is worth trying to see the benefits. I would love to see an option for a 30 servings container.

I never know how these powders will taste or how well they will dissolve, but this one is good and dissolves well. I don't think it has helped with feeling bloated, but it has curbed my appetite. It also was not a 10 day thing. I only got 7 days out of it and I used a measuring teaspoon! I would love to try a longer period of time but at that price for just 7 days, I don't think I will be going forward. 5 stars for taste 2 stars for price

This is a review for the Hum Flatter Me Fiber GLP-1 Booster. This is a powder that you add into water. There are ten servings per container. The directions are to mix four teaspoons into sixteen ounces of water. I used an electric frother to mix this, but one of the things I like the most about this particular product is that it mixes up so well and so easily!!! I’ve taken a lot of different fiber mixes and most of them end up clumping or separating which is just annoying to deal with. This one is a winner on that front! The directions say to drink before a meal. I’m going to be honest here, two cups of fluids before eating is a lot. I did end up fuller after eating, because, you know, I drank two glasses of liquids prior. Over the next couple of days, I did feel less hunger and more satisfied after eating. I didn’t notice any side effects or a ton of difference as far as bloating goes. Oh, another huge plus is that the drink does taste really good! If it weren’t for the price, I’d continue to take this product daily. It really did seem to help. But the price is just too high for me to continue buying for daily use. You’d be paying around a hundred dollars a month if you take this daily. Cost aside, it’s a wonderful product and I’m a huge fan of Hum. I’ve been using their products daily for years now. I highly recommend them!

First, the smell is nice and it’s relatively easy to mix as long as you have a mixer bottle. If you just use a spoon, you’ll likely get small gelatin bits forming into blobs, which is standard for powdered drinks containing collagen. The drink is smooth and tastes fine, kind of like juice. What I find is that when I drink this without eating, I feel full for a few hours. If I eat and drink this during or with my meal, I will feel full for most of the rest of the day, so it’s doing its just as an appetite suppressant excellently, actually. I’ve also found my poops are regular, I don’t have diarrhea but I don’t have constipation either. At times, I would get a mild stomachache, but it would be shortly relieved after passing gas or pooping (which this product does help with). Overall, pretty decent at helping you control your appetite. My only gripe is that the container is pretty small. This won’t last a month, if that.

It’s hard to review as seeing results could take up to 6-8 weeks, so my few days of using probably won’t compare. I got this product free as part of a sampling program. The taste and smell are fine, nothing great. It mixes well without a chalky texture. But at this price for only a 10 day supply, you don’t even get a scoop to help you measure properly… I also didn’t see any results on curbing my appetite or targeting bloating, so it’s too soon for me to tell if it worked and too expensive for me. overall, I just didn’t see the results to warrant the price unfortunately
