Little Giant Gem
The biggest compliment I can pay this fabulous stepladder is that when you stand on the steps they are so wide / broad that you think you are just standing on your floor and the handrail / tool tray just adds to that feeling of being completely safe In addition I live in a small bungalow so its compact size is ideal Also it is very light but built like a tank and as you see in video it can be unfolded with one hand The two step height is absolutely perfect for ceiling height jobs so interior decorating etc this is a God send The tool tray built onto the rail is also very handy Stores away neatly on the floor or hanging on a wall Can’t recommend this highly enough so if you want a little ladder that is a big help this is the only one to buy Fabulous Liitle Stepladder ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great product, good quality
I could not find this product in the UK, but came up via Amazon UK. Delivered from California in days and Amazon had a promotion for free shipping from the US. Very happy and its a really robust product

Disappointing for the price, and really noisy!
I had high hopes for this, the premium price tag, all the YouTube videos with people gushing about it, and the generally positive user reviews. The reality is, that this is a Chinese made, poorly designed step, that makes the most irritating squeak and crack when you move around on the steps. The squeaking and cracking noises are really loud, too. When stood on the steps, they bend forward and back slightly, which is a little unnerving, given the sounds it is making. The handle where the tool tray is, is wobbly, front to back, adding to the general feeling of not being safe. Given the price tag, I was expecting a LOT more from this product. Junk. Going to return this, and go back to the £19.99 2 step ladder that feels safe and doesn’t make weird noises. Update: I reached out to Little Giant UK (TB Davies), who were really unhelpful, and not interested, as the step was purchased from Amazon directly, and not themselves. Update 2: Decided to try and fix the weird cracking and creaking noises before returning. I used some 3 in 1 oil on the underside of the steps themselves, and everywhere else that there was metal on metal, and this 95% fixed the problem. It also made the opening and closing mechanism smoother. I cleaned off any excess oil with isopropyl alcohol on a cloth. The downside is that any dust and debris will stick to the steps, where any residual oil remains. Maybe a dry ptfe lubricant would be better here.
