Timberland PRO Men's Valor 8 Inch Desert Tan Work Boot

I had to buy a size bigger, as they did not have male sizes small enough to fit my 8.5 women's size.I have had them for over 6 months. I have walked in the rain a few times and the water did not alter the color of the shoes, after they dried. As long as you are walking and not standing in a down pour for long periods of time without shelter, your feet stay dry. Tread is still great, no wearing down of any kind. All in all, great product, just wish they were a size smaller

I really wanted to like this boot. As far as military boots are concerned you normally get what you pay for. I bought these for deployment. I have been wearing them for two months now and they ARE comfortable. But they wear as fast as the nikes or any other 100$ boot. I do wear them everyday, but the sole material is soft and already down to half tread life. The zippers are hard to zip. They are a good boot but not up to par with danner, lowa, or even rocky.

Fit is perfect, as I sometimes have difficulty finding an exact fit for footwear. The boots appear to be well constructed, as I would expect from a Timberland product. I have had many over the years, and have been satisfied with their performance.I haven't put these 'to the test' as yet, but will add to my review once I do.

first pair I got had a defective eyelet on top outside right of boot. amazon was great in replacing them very hassle free and the second pair has no defects and are my general go to boots. side zipper is very convent and the light weight is good for the warming weather.

I like the boots a lot, they are pretty comfortable, but my feet are too wide for them and they hurt in the middle of my feet. I suspect it is my feet rather than the boots. Typical Timberland. Well built and rugged. I like them enough to keep them and get them stretched at my shoe shop, maybe that can save them for my feet.

The boots feel like they are already broken in nearly as soon as I put them on. They are light in weight, similar toBates Ultra Lite 8" Boots. the fit is perfect. My entire office likes them now and want their own!

I have been wearing Timberland pro products for over 5 years now, and I can honestly tell you I have not found a better wearing more comfortable boot or shoe, and I have tried them all! Keep up the good work Timberland!

This is my second pair. The zipper broke on one of the boots of the first pair so I had some metal zippers installed. Other than that they have been great.
