I'm using this for my regular kitchen needs, not necessarily for barbecues, and it's just as useful inside as it probably is outside. The tin foil paper I usually get from the supermarket is thinner and rips very easily, and it's not rare that I have to take more just to wrap the same item again, instead of being able to just reuse the first sheet. Now, this heavy duty tin foil is pretty different—it's thicker, for starters—and it actually came as a surprise when I was able to wrap my cheese slices a second, then a third time, without the foil ripping. (Yes, my expectations with tin foil in general are very low.) It is a thick roll and it takes more space than the normal ones I've had so far (if you use a holder, depending on the latter's size, it may not be able to accommodate this roll), but frankly, I don't care. The box has a cutting edge anyway, so I can just keep the roll in it.
