Very good quality product. Definitely provides a mild energy boost without the jitters. Good ingredients.

Only thing I don't like is the bright red capsules. Didn't we do away with red dyes? But, I think I can tell a difference already in energy and mental clarity. I'll have to continue without taking any other supplements to make sure it's this one that is helping. I like the other ingredients not usually found with shilijit supplements. No side effects.

Take 2 every morning and feel like I have more get up and go only after taking them day before yesterday I had the worst migraine I’ve had in years. Not sure if it was connected or if it was just my time. I took two more this morning and I can feel my energy level rising 🤞🏼here’s hoping no headache.
