I've used one container of this product which lasted me about 4 months, and I liked it so I just ordered another. In the morning I take a small square of woven gauze (the kind that's a little rough and ragged looking), run it under warm tap water, squirt a small dab of this gel onto it, lather it a bit with my finger, then gently scrub each eyelid with it back and forth 10X. Then a warm water rinse, pat dry, and finish with a spritz or two of Optase eyelid cleansing spray. That's just what I do, and it makes my eyes feel clean and fresh first thing in the morning. It also seems to help alleviate my blepharitis. Be sure to ask your opthalmologist if this routine is right for you.

Does the job well. Close your eyes well otherwise it may sting a little.

This stuff works great for dry eye and any type of Blepharitis that you want to keep away. The bottle lasts a long time and doesn’t have any noticeable scent that I find irritating.

It helps with dry eyes especially after mycataract surgery. Easy to use. I use mine when I’m taking a shower.
