I can honestly say I do not rate this product, I purchased a few days ago to use for work lunch box and I don’t think it keeps the food that cool. The ice packs are already melted and it’s only mid day. Would love to hear from the supplier and maybe try a different product in the range?

So happy I chose the 5L I wanted a smaller lunch bag that was structured but well insulated to fit in my tote bag for clinicals. This was the perfect choice! I used the 8L last year (the tote style) and it was good but sometimes I don’t want to bring a huge lunch or carry my lunch bag separately. Really like this brand I have so many of theirs products and all have exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend! Oh, and the black colour is slightly shiny it’s very nice and classy looking I love it.
