This was my second time ordering this lice comb. Effective in pulling out lice and nits both... Sure you'll face some hair pulling issues but that's expected because we can't have an inexpensive and perfect lice remover tool which offers only benefits without issues. This comb is effective enough to pull out any other dirt in your hair or scalp. Good thing that I've seen in two years of using the previous same comb is that it doesn't break. It's big enough to hold comfortably without it slipping away all the time. 4 stars is because the dirt can all become stuck in the handle/body of the comb and it's not easy to clean it up. So this time I'll not allow a lot of dirt to collect in there. Good thing also it that it is pure steel and did not rust.
