Sometimes photosensitive resins/ adhesives feel like one of mankind's greatest innovations. "It's broken, I glued it, played with a black light, and I'm done! No tape, not clamps. Moving on, What's for dinner??" This product works well and seems to have substantial bond strength based on my applications, not any formal testing. Using the provided UV light at 2" away, I'd say that a layer approx. 1/32"-1/16" thick cures in about 5sec. Full hard. It's fast enough that if the light passes across it while trying to get the parts or your grip situated the resin will skin slightly. I've found that I wish it had a slightly higher viscosity because it runs to places you don't want quickly. The UV flashlight exceeded my expectations: It's 100% metal, nice silicone capped button with nice tactility, lasts a while, and most importantly it is brighter than expected. For a UV curing adhesive, I'd say you get a generous amount for the price. You can fill in gaps which is convenient, or when appropriate use it to tack pieces together which require a different adhesive with a longer cure time rather than struggle with tape and that whole circus act REMEMBER, this cures with light, so if you're gluing two opaque pieces together with a tight bond line where it'll be in the middle, e.g. a Butt Joint, then it will not cure and a different adhesive is required.

Very cool and exactly what you expected but it works easy. A lil odor from curing process but nothing too overwhelming.

The Akisey UV Resin Kit is great for jewelry making, small repairs, and bonding glass or plastic. Thicker so it doesn't run like water... worked great for my diy project. Cures quickly as well... if it is still tacky after using the light you need to use it a little longer.

Excellent quality! I used this to make a memorial ring , the kit includes high quality resin, a light that works wonderfully along with a charger , a mat and gloves. Dries extremely fast! My hand was a tad big and I just added some to the inside of the band on the mat provided and it worked wonderfully. I would definitely buy again!

This resin kit is great for sealing snow globes and snow globe tumblers.

so far good, it does the job as described. Hopefully with time it won't yellow. The whole kit is great for beginners who don't have a uv light.
