Good durable

My wife loves it for no other reason than she is a huge City fan.

I was excited to receive the cup for my husband’s Father’s Day gift but sad to say it came with a dent . I’m unable to return but customer service was nice enough to make me feel better after explaining my issues. Over all the cup is pretty my hubby hasn’t tested it yet so I can’t really say if it keeps things cool or not. I’ll rate it a 7/10 because of the dent. Design: Nice

Not good quality. Does not keep ice from melting inside cup. Outside gets very cold/wet with ice inside.

Good quality & value. Bought this as a gift. Recipient was very happy so I was very happy.

Doesn't seem very sturdy. Recipient is concerned it's going to scratch or dent easily.

Damaged Product delivered

The item arrived with numerous scratches and a used appearance. I am quite disappointed, as this was intended as a gift for my brother. I had anticipated it would arrive in pristine, brand-new condition. Regarding its functionality, it appears to operate as expected.
