My box arrived with no product inside, so I contacted the company right away. The resulting customer service I received from Ruth was fantastic. She rushed the hair spray out to me which I received the next day and in time for me to use for a special occasion. She also followed up to make sure I got it and everything was okay. Terrific customer service! As for the product, it does more than protect my hair from heat. It helps style, add volume and leaves my dry, frizzy hair shinier and softer. With the Ella Bella spray, I find that I don't have to use a styling gel, volumizer or shine spray. I also love the scent.

This was my first Ella Bella product purchase and it has not been my last! This stuff is amazing and makes my hair silky and the smell is heavenly! I use it on my wet hair after washing and I spray on my dry hair when styling. It does not make my hair oily or greasy. I also ordered the hair serum and the slim hair straightener and love them both.

All in Heat Protectant works great. I spray on my damp hair before blow drying it. It helps with fly always and makes hair soft and manageable! Nice product and smells good too!

My hair is dry and frizzy and curly and I have tried all different brands of frizz and heat protectors and oils to attempt to improve the straw like feel that can occur after using my flat iron. Some work okay but smell odd, some leave my hair too oily. This Ella Bella product is great and really does have an almost miraculous result on my hair. It smells good (but not overpowering) - it leaves my hair soft and frizz-free and does not feel oily or sticky. As an extra benefit, I have found I can go longer between re-styling (even after sleeping on it) or having to re-wash my hair as the other oil based (argan) products tend to attract the "dirt" to accumulate and look greasy faster. I highly recommend this one and I will definitely buy more when I run out. In

I've only used this once since receiving. My hair is very dry, frizzy and curly - blown straight always. I had used someone's ionic, Dyson blow dryer and my hair looked and felt like straw. It was awful! I tried to get around the very heavy floral scent of this and tried it with my regular blow dryer. The difference was amazing! My hair was so soft, silky, had shine, almost no frizz and looked healthy! I'm a breast cancer patient whose hair grew back in a whole different texture with many porous areas. It hasn't looked this healthy - no matter what products I've used, which have been many - until trying this. I also have hard water even with a shower filter. The scent is too strong and stays that way for two days though - so one star off. If these results continue though, I will be elated. I had beautiful long hair - even though crazy curly before cancer treatments (it was baby fine, but thick). After, I had cowlicks in front and have been so embarrassed about how my hair grew back. It always looks dry, dull and frizzes all the time. Very aging. This spray oil made my hair look and behave like the hair I had pre-cancer. Hoping my second time using it will have the same results. I will update. For now, I can't stop touching my hair as it feels so silky - the way it used to feel. If you have allergies to fragrance, don't purchase as the scent is pretty, but incredibly overwhelming. If your hair grew back from cancer treatments dry, weird texture and porous with lots of frizz, try it. Again, this is the first time in 2 years my hair looks and feels like the lovely hair I used to have. Thank you to the makers of this product.
