The gel-cream texture is incredibly light, absorbs instantly, and feels refreshing. It provides essential moisture without any heavy or greasy feeling, and it creates a lovely matte base for makeup. ​I definitely noticed a reduction in midday shine compared to other moisturizers I've used. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I wished the oil control effect lasted slightly longer into the evening. However, it's a staple in my morning routine and a very effective, non-comedogenic option. I highly recommend it for daily use on oily or combination skin
