These are INCREDIBLE! So I have purchased this brand before from a local running shop and immediately fell for them. I had recently increased my running significantly and found myself burning out mid run so on the hunt I went for a gel that was easy to run with, easy to get down, that sat well in my stomach and tasted good. We will start with the size of these... perfect for the pockets on running vests, in pants pockets, you could even run holding it in you choose! The top is super easy to rip off with your teeth, the width of the package fits inside your mouth and in once squeegee style squeeze the whole thing ends up in your mouth. It has enough oil mixed in for it to just go down. The taste.... the flavors.... they smoke every other gel I've tried. I love a sweet, savory treat when I'm running and these are the BEST by far. Every one of these tasted exactly like I had hoped. They sat extremely well in my stomach. I have tried other brands and there's nothing like these out there. If you're questioning making the purchase don't! They are worth every cent you will spend!
