These are GAME CHANGERS for catering! They keep food hot for a very long time. They can hold quite a few pans at once and make refilling buffets a breeze. I love the wheels to easy transport in and out of venues. Definitely don't buy just one!

First I must say I was in sales for approximately 14 years, and I was very successful at it. However, I got out of it because I just could not stand by the product I was selling, it did not "blow me away". Now this product here.......I could sell these ALL DAY LONG because the actions speak for itself, it just needs someone to show it. My wife and I were looking for a solution to keep some food heated that we were catering and just did not have the best of luck keeping it quite the way we wanted. I chose this one out of many of them that day, and it is without a doubt one of the top 5 best products I have ever purchased in my life!! First and foremost this will keep heat all day long, for hours and hours, and here is a little tip for all you in the restaurant business, or inspiring to be like us. You probably have asked yourself "how do you warm this up when its been in the cold" (for example a cooler night and its been in your van). Well let me tell you my wife figured this trick out all by itself and it is MONEY!!! We literally took it in one day, opened it up, used a thermal thermometer and it was 41 degrees, and we had an event in less than 2 hours. She panicked, I panicked, then out of the total blue she said "I want to try something, it is the only thing I can think of". I was freaking out with no ideas so naturally I said sure. My wife heated a tea pot with water until it was boiling, I thought to myself "this gal is nuts", she then took it after it was whistling and put it in the bottom layer of the Cambro and closed the door for 10 minutes. The steam evaporated, heated the walls, and when we opened it up it was like a sauna in there!! She loaded the meat and off we went to another successful event. Ladies and gents this Cambro is worth its weight in gold! I would pay $400 for this Cambro if I was in a jam and needed one because this is truly a life saver. I wish I worked for this company because I could sell these to a mannequin. The only thing I would wish for next time around is the same Cambro, same brand, same company.......But bigger! Folks if you are reading this review and thinking of getting one, don't bother waiting another minute. TRUST ME it is worth it, and this is coming from a super picky and stubborn S.O.B. I hate spending money because these days 99 out of 100 products we purchase is just not worth it. Well folks meet the lucky #100!! One of the best investments of my life, one of the few products in this world that actually impresses me, we will need more, I will be buying more, and I will never buy another brand.

Excellent item and price. Just put a container of very hot water in it and close the door. Within a half hour, it’s hot. Add your pans of food and it gets hotter. Make sure you use hot pads or oven gloves to handle the pans. Otherwise they will burn you.

This insulated carrier is wonderful! I make a lot of food to meals and this keeps it really hot for a long time. Plus it makes it easier to haul everything I make.

I user it only once, I followed the instructions, worked great. I gave 4 stars because it's too new.

Keeps my cream pies cold while at our farmers market and very sturdy. I'm extremely happy with this.

This carrier does come with wheels, but we didn’t bother attaching them since we don’t plan on moving it much. Unfortunately, the build quality still leaves a lot to be desired. The latches feel cheap and flimsy, which raises concerns about long-term durability. Just like with other carriers I’ve tried, the gasket was difficult to put on and doesn’t stay in place very well, which is frustrating when you’re relying on a tight seal. The worst part is that they don't pay for return shipping. It was going to cost me more to send it back than I actually paid for the unit. This is the first time I've every felt "stuck" with something that I purchased on Amazon.

I love this item. Keeps everything hot for hours. The down side is that it doesn’t accommodate the hotel pans. The disposable foil trays work best. I love having the wheels on as it make for easy transport and the wheels can lock which make it even better. Because the door opens all the way, cleaning is quite easy. This food box is sturdy and durable.
