Good salt substitute, or other Potassium Chloride needs
I just use it to make my own electrolyte mix, DIY Gatorade etc. and the "Nu Salt" or "No Salt" is very expensive for the medium/small cardboard tube. This is a much better value. And the self-seal bag is better if you're looking to scoop it rather than pour it too.

Great Electrolyte Supplement
Using to replace potassium lost through sweating with distance running and plasma donating. Adding to sports drink powder, making it taste identical to the old version of the stuff ( *atorade powder). Great product, glad I found it.

This helps relieve uric acid crystals in your body. Adhere to your doctor’s instructions!!!
If you suffer from gout, this added to food/baking products according to specifications of a physician, will bread up uric acid crystals before the flare starts. Please be advised that you only need a tiny bit. It tastes awful in water. I wouldn’t substitute it for salt ever. However, by strictly adhering to the amount your doctor tells you to supplement with, adding at minimum a half or quarter of a teaspoon of salt will negate that chemical taste in your food

Perfect for homemade electrolyte drinks
Good stuff, dissolves easily, and is perfect for my homemade electrolyte drink. Very inexpensive when compared to the ridiculous hydration things at the store!

Salt Substitute is a good buy
It works well in the salt shaker. It has a very salty taste, so to begin with, use sparingly then add to taste. Compared to grocery store salt substitutes which come in 3oz or so containers, this 2 lb purchase was definitely a good price per ounce.

Good
Use it to make electrolyte mixer. No complaints so far. Fine salt

Definite aftertaste
This does have a very salty flavor but almost immediately gets covered up by a bitter aftertaste. I tried it on rice and it was awful. When I used it on chili it was ok the stronger flavors in the chili masked the aftertaste
