Il coltello è decisamente bello, presenta molto bene e i materiali sembrano ottimi come la fattura! È ben affilato come potete vedere dal video!! Non è leggerissimo ma si gestisce bene e ha una buona impugnatura. Per la durata si vedrà con il tempo ma per ora sono più che soddisfatto dell’acquisto.

This knife is super sharp and beautifully balanced which makes it really easy to work with. Highly recommend this if you are in need of a super sharp knife fo remove skin from fish, half a chicken or anything else you need a sharp knife this is the product for you.

I trim roughly 100 briskets per week, not to mention the mind-boggling amounts of various other meats. I cannot say enough about this knife...it is as sharp as it looks, and it definately looks snazzy. It is easily the sharpest knife I own and even with as much use as mine sees, it only takes a swipe or two on a honing rod and I can shave the hair on my arm with it. I like it so much that I bought the Chef Knife Set from this company (amazing too) , and now have the Slicing Knife on the way. San Mai Damascus, this type of quality at the price they sell it for makes me shake my head in disbelief, I've definately paid obscene amounts more for lesser products. Honestly, I can't recommend this knife enough.
