Genuinely these were a shot in the dark having come off my anti depressants a year ago. But wow they worked, all my over thinking based anxiety was gone/massively reduced after 3 days. This could be a placebo but if it is I don’t care, it worked for me. Although these gave me a bit of nausea after a week and a stinking headache for about 3 days that all cleared up after I moved taking them to just before bed. Now I take on in the morning and one just before bed. Honestly I’m my old self again, long May it last. If your on the fence, give them a go for a couple of weeks and see if they work for you or not. As I said I was super skeptic about the benifits. I guess with anything holistic your mileage may vary, but for the reward of pretty much zero anxiety it’s worth a bash! Plus they taste half decent and are just like taking a chewy multivitamin. Decent size bottle too for the price. I took them into my GP as well and she looked over them and said they seem to be decent quality and correctly regulated for use in the UK

Taste great ! I just tried 1st time today and it's really promising. After 1hr I felt like blood pressure coming down. In very gentle way. I took 2 gummies straight away. After 3hrs I feel little sleepy (really little), more relaxed and calm. Means straight away it works for me. It's not placebo. I'm very sensitive to changing in my body or brain. I can notice everything. Will see what the future will bring but definitely will be continuing taking them. No any sides effects After 1st use. Today I can recommend them 100% and these gummies are sooo good. Sweet and tasty. So nice way to comfort yourself having something really sweet. Amazing !

I've taken them for just short of a month now. I consider myself a high-functioning anxious person, over-thinking and ruminating on most things. I've tried various supplements, like Ginseng, Gingko Biloba, 5-HTP, L-Theanine with Caffeine & capsule form of Ashwagandha, along with a healthy diet and regular exercise; all in an attempt to improve my cognitive performance, and have better mental health. I don't know whether its placebo or this is real, but I've never felt so good as I've felt on this gummy. Mind you, I had taken Ashwagandha in a capsule form before. But when I took this, after about 40 minutes to an hour, my mind chatter was gone. I could enjoy the silence and had a weirdly good control on my thoughts and mind. It was like having mental clarity for the first time. My stress, anxious ruminations, all had their volume turned down significantly. I don't yet know what the side effects are, but something this powerful has to have side-effects. Will update it in a few months time to see what the side-effects were and if the effects were long-lasting and as powerful as it is now [2 month update] The effects were definitely real, and not placebo. However, the effects are not as strong as before, but still significant

They are effective for me, but too strong. Even one gummy and I feel tired and groggy next day. It does help me fall asleep, but I wake up tired and moody. I stopped taking them and this effect stopped, restarted (as I run out of my other sleep supplement) and immediately experienced the same side effects. Maybe Ashwagandha just doesn’t work for me, but I asked AI and the 1200 mg of Ashwagandha (for myself even 600mg) is definitely high dosage. No problems with the seller, tastes great and it definitely does work, just to be clear and fair.

It's too early to say about significant effects, but the first time I used them in the morning, I felt a little drowsy, and that's normal 😊
