Disappointing experience. First one returned due to extensive shipping damage. Second one damaged but kept out of frustration. Now I find it is essentially DOA but the support people are super helpful. Just wish that for $800, I had a working unit. Based on my assumption, it will probably be a month before this ever gets working. [UPDATE] It is well over a month and I still do not have a working unit. Bradley provided all the replacement parts but I spent hours installing them and still, it does not operate properly. Imagine setting up for a 2 hour smoke and finding that after the first bisquette fed, the unit jammed and all you had was a 20 minute smoke instead of a 2 hour smoke. I could have done that in much less time in my grill and saved $800 The QA just does not seem to exist for this $800 item. [UPDATE - ADVICE] FIRST - I would NOT recommend this smoker if you were not a very talented handyman. It took a lot of time and effort to install all of the replacement parts. SECOND - Others have said they experienced bisquette jams as did I. What we discovered is that there was a very small burr on the bottom of the bisquette feeder tube. Run you finger carefully on the inside of the bottom of the feeder tube. Do this by using an 'in and out' motion, not circular as that would cut your finger. If you feel a burr, flip the tube over. Now it appears to be working as intended. [UPDATE] this was purchased in March 2024, it is now August 2024. The smoker is now tripping the GFCI circuits. What a nightmare!

Unable to put it together as one of the legs does not fit well. So I called support, as the big sticker said "do not return to the store, call us first". A lady picks up, and I tell her that I have a problem, and I am calling because I do not want to return it to the store. She responds, "its OK, return it to the store. me: "But I am hoping you can help me" (annoyed, lady responds) "ok, you will need to send up pictures, I can't help you when I cannot see what is wrong" me: "but I can describe the problem, maybe you can help" Lady: "you need to email us pictures. ok, good bye" me: "so you do not provide phone support?" Lady: "I don't have anyone today. ok? good bye" so, I returned it... Also, the quality is very poor. Look at the pictures - screws have bigger holes, the parts are not perfectly fitted, so you might need to make adjustments. This is why they only give 1 year warranty

I've used this thing twice since I bought it and both times my family have raved about the results. Upgraded to the P10 from the basic analog Bradley which I had for about 13 years and worked flawlessly. The dual meet sensors make cooking a large meal easy, once you get used to the controls they are very easy to use. I highly recommend this product. On a side note I had a couple questions about the operation of the unit, I got answers from Bradley customer service the same day. Very solid product very solid company to deal with!
