Bought for Christmas but looks great. Very solid and good quality. Be great for digging in the ocean.

Very sturdy, with decent holster. Only problem I had was with Amazons age varification which would not let me purchase this item. I found the answer on reddit. Had to change my card details stored on Amazon and remove the Mr in front of my name, even though when you go through the varification menu it states print name as it appears on your card, if you but Mr, or Mrs It will not let you purchase.

A must have for metal detecting

Used it for first time today and found an old coin!!!! Although I'm not sure if the legal aspects of carrying this in car ...it's a sturdy beast and cut through very hard ground to find the treasure. Now my only problem is ...finding out what the coin is ???

This shovel has officially become my favorite piece of metal detecting gear. The build quality is outstanding — heavy-duty, sturdy, and zero flex when you’re digging into tough ground. The real test for me came when I used it to carefully extract a Civil War U.S. belt plate I located on a property with permission. That soil was a mix of roots, sand, and stubborn hardpack, and this shovel gave me the control I needed to dig slow and precise without risking damage to the relic. Clean edges, clean cuts, and clean recovery. That alone made it worth every penny. It’s the perfect size for detecting — compact enough to carry, but plenty big for pulling plugs and digging deeper targets. The included sheath is honestly better than I expected too and makes it easy to secure to a belt or pack. For the price, this shovel is an absolute win. Durable, sharp, reliable, and field-proven on real finds. If you’re into metal detecting and need a tool that can handle serious digs while staying precise, this one won’t disappoint.

Impressed... made things much easier - Nice and sturdy cuts through very nicely. I just wish it had Velcro or a clip instead of the belt loop. But, yeah.. I love it!!!

This makes digging easy and keeps the plug nice and neat, so I can put it back cleanly in the ground. Before I got this, I used a couple of cheap ones from the 1-coin shop—they didn’t last long. This one is very solid.

Very sturdy, great for metal detector

Heavy duty metal digger with inch measuring marks on the back side. It feels heavy and well made but only time will tell for durability. It is very sharp right out of the box and a great value I think. The design fits comfortably in my hand but the rubber handle cover may have to be glued on at some point as it was easy to remove.
