Ordered this item as a gift for my mother. She really wanted a robot vacuum. However, I say a lot of comments saying Roombas weren’t worth the price they’re being sold for so I figured I’d try Amazon. So far this vacuum works well & has great suction. It definitely picks up hair & dust very well. Does not come with a remote but can be controlled from a mobile app. It was pretty easy for my mom to connect the app to the vacuum. We have not tried the mop function yet but works very well as a vacuum.

Fantastic vacuum ! Does a great job and is easy to program and operate. I highly recommend this robotic vacuum/mop. The mop does a better job than I expected although I don.t use this feature all the time. I program the vacuum to run in the middle of night. It's quiet enough that it doesn't disturb me and I wake up to a clean house.
