The item arrived as described and in a timely manner. I can't rate the actual product as we ordered it to have in case a belt broke. We haven't used it yet.

Belt slips off after a few says of use, changed the brush roll as well and also tried to adjust motor shaft (although there really isn't much you can adjust there). Wish they would make these belts a little smaller. I will have to figure out a solution in the meantime.

Hard to find belt for Pro Team upright vacuum. Vacuums are not made like they used to so I did not want to replace this ProTeam upright. No local vacuum repair shops had the belt and it was too expensive to have them buy and replace. Thankfully Amazon had it and it was easy to replace. Will purchase again if it breaks.
