I really wanted to love this lotion, and while it mostly delivers, it didn’t work quite as well as I hoped. The texture is great—light, non-greasy, and very hydrating—and the scent and magnesium feel soothing. But after trying it twice (two separate purchases), I didn’t get the level of muscle relief I expected. Still, it’s a solid product with quality ingredients, just not as effective for me as intended. 4 stars.

This product is great! I had a dull, aching wrist from over exertion, put some of this cream on it tonight and it almost instantly took the ache away. I’m impressed. Extra points that it smells amazing.

I have tried many magnesium lotions and this one is by far my favorite. It’s so smooth, thick and silky. Absorbs quickly and the relief I feel is pretty fast! I often rub it on my feet before bed and it helps me to fall asleep quickly. It also works great rubbed on an upset tummy or tight stiff shoulders. This is one item I hate to run out of and try to have at least 2 bottles on hand at all times.

I was pleasantly surprised at how well this works. I have a small bone in my left elbow that is messed up & it takes months to completely heal so I've tried everything I could think of...then tried this & it works SO much better than everything else, including my go to options. I have already recommended this to someone else. Worth a try.

The first time I tried this, i was just going to put it on my feet, but a little goes a longgggg way and I ended up using it all over my legs. I was out cold in twenty minutes, but thought it was a fluke. When it happened again when I used it the second and third time, I realized this stuff is the real deal. Pleasant smell, helped me not only fall asleep but for the most part stay asleep, and just over all, very effective. When I do wake up in the middle of the night, it's really only because I need to use the bathroom, and I have no issues falling back asleep immediately. I've gone so far as to recommend it to two other friends as well. Bonus: nice hydration!

This lotion is light, non greasy and pleasant smelling. I rub it on my feet at night and it seems to sooth my neuropathy. I will definitely buy again.

Too soon to tell yet, but it has a pleasant smell, and the ingredients are good - magnesium and arnica. The instructions say it may take a couple of weeks to see results. It is being used for restless legs at night.

This rich cream with natural lavender oil is a win for me. I can tell it has a high magnesium content because with sensitive skin I have to be careful to use this sparingly or I will get redness and irritation. I do get the benefit of the calming aspects of this cream I just need to be mindful of how much I use it.
