Easy to assemble and had every single part, plus extra screws just in case. A little pricey for the looks of it, but overall not too bad. Maybe not best for conditions like rain and snow, but in sunny states/areas, will be perfect for the kiddos! Really spacious inside also.

Kids love this house. And its sturdiness great, great one the price at the time.

Overall pretty good for the price. Taking off a start because the product description doesn't really make it clear that you really need a power drill with a Philips bit to assemble this thing. There are over 100 screws, and you need to actually screw almost all of them into the wood. This isn't an Ikea-style assembly process where the screws have nuts or other hardware that they easily thread into. The wood is soft enough that you probably could use a hand screwdriver, but that would take sooooo long. Even with a drill it took me more than 4 hours to assemble it solo, and I'm somewhat handy.

Hardware was correct and worked as designed to. Holes matched up on each piece. Quality material and colors were as shown in picture. There are many pieces to this structure, but it went together with ease.

Cheap, poor shipping, and cheap! Instructions are not the best had pieces that were nowhere in the instruction book, some not labeled, holes to big for screws. Shipping was bad choice of company is the problem threw box by the road and left it. Tried to contact seller, just kept getting same robot response no matter what I wrote. Quality overall is not good, wood is thin and weak.

Very nice playhouse, it was easy to assemble. Grandson loves it.

Cons: • Wood feels cheap and lightweight. • Screws appear to be regular iron and not weather-resistant, so they may rust over time. • Paint job is very thin and patchy; you can see the wood through it in multiple spots. • Overall durability is questionable. I don’t see this holding up outdoors for more than a year without reinforcement. Overall: Looks cute, but quality doesn’t match expectations. Be prepared to repaint and replace hardware if you want it to last. Rating: 6/10
