After a lifetime of active sports and wearing canvas sneakers all through my youth, my feet have paid a heavy price. Now that I'm older and have fewer concerns about wearing the latest, fashionable, over-priced sneaker, my goal now is primarily comfort.Fortunately, these Skechers are super comfortable as well as stylish (well, middle-aged man stylish).I was leaving the gym one day and a woman my age asked me if my sneakers were Skechers. I told her they were, and she said she wants to buy a pair for her husband, but he said he wouldn't wear them because they weren't 'cool'. I told her to buy them anyway, because once he puts his feet inside of them I guarantee he'll wear them.I own several pairs of Skechers because I buy them when I see them on sale. My feet have forgiven me for all the abuse I've inflicted on them in my youth. They last a long time, I just wish they were easier to clean.
