Tastes amazing and it's a good way to bump up my potassium intake.

I'm using blue salt as said to help detox body I've only just started using it so unsure of results as early days but I can say it is very salty so not much needed.

I like this product very much. You need very little on food as extremely salty and tasty (if you like salt) means I use less salt which is my aim. Good to know it contains good minerals etc. A bit expensive but will last a long time as so little needed. Nicely packaged and arrived quickly

I'm currently (probably indefinitely) on heart medications as of last fall and I needed to cut down on my sodium. I discovered this product and I really like it. I love having stovetop popcorn multiple evenings a week and I wasn't willing to give that up completely. I use whatever oil I have on hand (usually sunflower if I can find it) instead of butter, and coat it with this blue salt. I've actually come to love the flavour it adds. I like it on my popcorn more now than regular salt. It's decent for cooking or salting your food as well, but it's quite expensive so I use it sparingly for that. We've found no salt spices for that. I'm giving it 5 stars for it's taste and provides a health solution for me. I do, however, wish that the package was a bit bigger. It's $18-20 depending on if you get the sale, and it last me about 3-4 months. Not bad, but compared to table salt which can last a year or more for half that price... I would give it 4.5 starts if I could just for the quantity/price ratio.
