I open 2 caps and put into my morning coffee. Within an hour or so I am aware of the effects of the Lion's mane as my mental activity becomes sharp. I have ordered these a few times already, and I feel they do work, but I'm wondering if these are the real sinensis version or militaris? If these are real sinensis, how can they sell it so cheap? This is a very generous supply too especially if they are the real deal.

I have ADHD and this supplement is something I take every moning. I love how it organizes my thought stream process and it helps me complete my test throughout the day and it also quiet my thoughts. I usually try to get clean supplements without any added ingredients. This one has added ingredients and its white , not like the last brand that was clean and it was a cream color. I messed up ordering this one. I didnt take it and I cant return it. So I cant say that it works.
