Its a big risk to use something at 120 V when you dealing with things that heat up. It could explode or well basically just not work. You cannot just plug it in.

I love this machine. I never tried the Cricut branded one so I don't have much to compare it to, but I love it. I use it for heat transfer vinyls all the time and I find it really easy to use. I like that I can easily set the heat and the time and it's big enough to pretty much cover whatever I'm putting on a t-shirt. It has an auto off in case I'm an idiot and forget to turn it off - I won't burn the house down. So far so good and I've had it for about a year.

Amazing heat press that is so much better than the Cricut brand products. I've been using this restaurant press for over a year making a variety of crafting projects and I am impressed. It heats up fast, easy to hold, and the displays are very easy to follow along with. Love that it has the weight and timer display to help guide you. Amazing budget product with the same results as a branded one!

I have a home-based sublimation business. I also teach sublimation classes, and I have 6 of these heat presses. I’ve never had a problem with any of them. They heat evenly, and are easy for new users to figure out. I have purchased many HTVRONT products, and I’ve never been disappointed with their products. Very affordable, too! Go for it!
