Looks to be sturdy and bargain purchase. Just started using it. Dermatologist stated it could take 6 months to see if it is working to grow back hair. Suggestion was to use once a week to avoid scaring. It has a case to place it and keep it clean. Does not come with any instructions. Must disinfect before and after use. I use it with the addition of Minoxidil. Might post an update in 6 months. Before and after pictures.

This helped me with razor bumps. Due to improper shaving in my teen years I developed rough and slightly bumpy skin that resulted in micro scarring around the upper neck and under the jaw area that stayed with me for years, resulting in ingrown hairs, irritation and itchiness with regrowth. After using the derma roller the bumps dissapeared, increased my necks elasticity to match the rest of my face, and the hair growth doesn't irritate me as much where I can go way longer without shaving. The dark spots seem to slowly go away.

Great roller for skin. Use it occasionally on the scalp after oiling.
