This has made such a huge difference in my life. I always used soap before. It threw off my pH balance and led to topical yeast infection or odors. I saw a difference the first time I used this product. No more odor. No more issues. It's unscented which is much appreciated. I have tried other feminine washes and the fragrance made them impossible to use. If you have an infection always seek treatment. But this is great as a daily wash, maintenance wash.
