I am extremely happy with this chair! Everything arrived well-packaged, with each part wrapped securely to prevent any damage. The assembly was very simple and only took a short time — the instructions were clear and all the pieces fit perfectly. The chair looks beautiful in person. The white and light gray color combination gives it a clean, modern look that fits perfectly with my workspace. The seat cushion is thick and comfortable, and I can sit for long hours without feeling sore. The back support and the adjustable headrest are great for maintaining good posture, especially during long study or work sessions. The chair feels very sturdy, the armrests are a good height, and the wheels roll smoothly and quietly on my floor. The ergonomic design of the backrest fits the shape of my spine really well, making it very comfortable to sit in for extended periods.

Chair supports back very well but neck support can be better. It's a good chair for the price and makes you sit upright while in use. The arm rests support my elbows well while using PC on the table. The Material is a bit rough and the stitching seems thinner. Overall this is a Nice chair for Ergonomic feel.

Pros: The height is accurate. The arms slide inbetween the top and bottom tiers of my desk. It looks pretty and the gray color (with white back/feet) is a little warm-toned. The rollers work well. The lever to raise and lower the seat faces backward instead of forward (if you're concerned about dexterity). One surprise was that the arms move forward and backward in addition to folding up. This is positive until they move forward unexpectedly since they don't lock into place. The arms do not adjust for height. Cons: The seat fabric doesn't matter too much, but the arms are scratchy. We had to return one due to the condition of the plastic pieces, but the second one came together nicely. The lumbar is a little low and overall, the chair isn't as comfortable as I'd hoped, but it's better than what we had.
