I am 6'2" and couldnt get the thing over my shoulders without slouching. Nowhere near tall enough and it is NOT a 3x. 3x clothes are, with recent weight loss, baggy on me and this (even if it was long enough) would be more like an extra large fits. Definitely order on the big size and dont order if you are even somewhat above average height.
