I almost returned the first package because the second took 5 extra days to arrive. The product is solid and as described. The instructions are missing as others have experienced. There are instructional videos online, you just have to look for them. It requires some experience and competence with tools and putting things together. Also the frame comes in one color only- black. I painted mine a high gloss white and it looks amazing!

It's a bit of a pain to install. Note that the supplies mounting hardware is intended for a masonry wall and is worthless for wood construction. For US applications, the width of the panels should be designed such that the brackets can be lag bolted to 16" on center wood construction. E.g. a panel should be 32" wide (minus the width of a bracket). It's also important to start on one end and work your way panel by panel. You need a very flat surface or the individual brackets have to shimmed to end up with a square and flat installation. In my case, I installed cross members on the wall and screwed the brackets to the cross members. It's DYI but you need some experience and it's easier with 2 people. The product itself is fine and should stand up to high winds and the weather for a long time. I am not sure that it's worth what they charge for it, but I wanted aluminum brackets...

Outstanding product. Easy to use and delivers excellent results

Waited what seemed like forever to get this, once I got it I opened the box up to see what I was getting myself into, pulled everything out looked back in the box to find there were NO instructions at all, now it’s a good thing I am mechanically and constitutionally inclined I could figure it out but for the layman that really don’t know forget about trying to install this yourself, other than than all in all the wife is happy with the out come, and as they say happy wife happy life, I scored this based on how long it took to get here and the fact there were no instructions

It looks nice and perfect for our backdoor. I gave 4 stars because it's very light (plastic), but it works to keep it the doorway dry when raining.

Took a month to come in. Package was in good condition with no damage to any parts. Assembled but the bolts provided would not work for my siding. Put a board up first attaching to studs with Z flashing on top. Attached awning to the board with 3/8 by 2in lag bolts with washer. Looks good. Hasn’t rained yet but seems like will work good above my french doors.

It requires two people to put it up and we had to make some modifications in order for it to work on our windows BUT it's really functional and looks great.
