A very well made extremely comfortable silicone Nasal Retainer. It is made of High Quality silicone. There is a selection of sizes and lengths to slide into nostrils at bedtime. I find I get a GOOD night of sleep again now I have started to use the Nasal Retainer each night. It is my reading glasses. They have stretched the skin, tissues on nose to make it saggy. This causes my nose to not be as open as it was when I was younger. Measure for size. Easy to insert in nostrils, wear, remove, rinse, and wipe when remove teeth retainers the next morning. A great value for those who value a good night of sleep that is effective at Nose Breathing again.

I sometimes have trouble with my breathing at night, so I got this to help me breathe properly. It is comfortable and I am hardly aware that I am wearing it. It is easy to clean and is very helpful. At £21.50 at the time of this review, I feel is a bit on the pricey side.
