Amazing rich green color. When I tasted, I immediately felt the strength of polyphenol and the strong, purest taste. Smelled amazingly also. I tasted many, many different brands of olive oils, and finally found the best. In a description, I read that their olives are growing at high altitude and completely free of pollution, chemicals and preservatives. Not all companies are mentioning about that in their descriptions, meaning that probably their oil are not that great.
