This BestMassage recliner chair has been a fantastic addition to our home — so much so that my dog has officially claimed it as her bed. The chair is incredibly comfortable, soft, and cozy, making it hard for anyone (including pets) to resist. The recliner is easy to use, supportive, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. It feels sturdy and well-made, and the padding is just right for lounging. Whether sitting upright or fully reclined, it’s very comfortable. Overall, great quality and excellent value for the price. If even my dog refuses to get off it, that says everything you need to know. Highly recommend!

This recliner is so comfortable! The massage and heat function is amazing after a long day; it truly relaxes you completely. It's very well-padded, and the reclining mechanism works perfectly. I bought it to read and watch TV, and now I never want to get up. Assembly was easy. It's the perfect chair for taking a nap or simply relaxing. The best investment in comfort I've ever made!

Great for 100 bucks. Vibration isn’t strong and there is no pocket on the side. But as I said before, great for the price! Good size for smaller people. I’m 5’7 and 120lbs. Would not try push the recommended weight limit as it is not as sturdy as an expensive one. Pretty comfortable also!

I honestly love the product. My rating is a little low because of a few issues. However, given the price of this recliner, I have to be reasonable with my expectation. I'll start with the positive. I am in a one bedroom apartment, and I do not like allot of cluster. You would think that having a recliner chair is out of the question, right? Well, not anymore. This chair is the perfect size for my home. It is also very comfortable, and the massage settings are great, again considering the price range. In fact, the massage settings are super great, to the point where I have ended up falling asleep, and waking up the next morning without ever turning in for bed. My back did not hurt the next day, no stiffness or discomfort. I've never done that before. The simple clean style of the chair goes well with any decor. From a positive stand point, it is worth a try. (What could be better) Upon opening the box, I found that the material had been ripped near the bottom. I saw not external damage on the box, which makes me wonder, was it packed that way? In all fairness to the seller (and Amazon) there were clear option to return the product if this happens. However, I think this meant me having to make arrangemnts to get it returned, and possibly even having to put it in my small car and get it to UPS, or FEDEX. I just could not see myself driving down the street with a recliner hanging out of my little BMW (lol) Not a good look. More importantly I did not want to wait more days to enjot my chair. I'd already removed a chair for this replacement. (ok, I confess) I hate waiting. The other concern I have is that I've only had it a few days, and I already hear the springs a little bit when I sit down. I can only imagine that getting worse with the age of the chair. I am about 5-11 and weigh a little over 200lb, fairly average size of a grown man, but I'm wondering if I am too heavy for the chair, lol. (Might have to do a few sit-ups.) Should I be hearing springs in only one week, and will the chair wear down on me? That is my concern. I take good care of my furniture, so things normaly last around here until I give them away. However, the lifespan of this chair is questionable. All and All, I still love the product so far, and hope I can get atleast a good year out of it. I would leave zero stars if allowed!!! I don't think I will be purchasing furniture or equipment of any kind from Amazon anymore! The recliner chair didn't even last through one 6-hour period of use. I purchased it because I had knee replacement surgery and needed the recliner to elevate my leg throughout the day and evening and to be able to easily get out of the chair. First day of use the seam ripped open on the footstool. Second day of use the chair wouldn't stay reclining which caused injury to my newly operated knee having to fight the chair to stay reclining. Third day of use the seat cushion smashed down so badly the bars could be seen and felt as well. I only weigh 115 pounds so that shouldn't have happened!! The seller refused to come pick up the piece of Crap Recliner Chair without a box. My caregiver had already removed and recycled the box it came in. To purchase another box it would fit in, would have cost me an additional $50-$80. Obviously this recliner is not even worth doing that since I only paid $106 total for it. So I have to return it before 11/27/25 in order to get a full refund. Since I am disabled and don't drive to be able to go looking for a box without paying an outrageous price to return this one, this chair will probably be given away, if anyone is willing to take it that is!! I already purchased another recliner chair elsewhere!! My recommendation, STAY CLEAR AWAY FROM THIS SELLER & DON'T PURCHASE FURNITURE FROM THEM!!!

We got this for my sons room as he outgrew his old rocking chair. Husband said super comfy and easy to put together however it was sent to us in the completely wrong colour. We ordered beige and got gray. Not a huge deal to us enough to send back so its fine!
