Taille parfaite pour les étirements, auto massages, gainage et travail du corps, bon effet ventouse de la partie en contact au sol sur carrelage lisse relativement glissent pour ma part, les 8mm offres un bon amorti légèrement ferme et une réduction acoustique significative notamment lors d'exercices plyos et de corde à sauter, un sans faute pour ma part, et le petit étuis d'élastiques de fitness (5 résistances) en cadeau est le bienvenu pour nombreux exercices d'échauffements, d'étirements, voir même de rééducation active. Un inconditionnel de tout bon home training.
