The company says they’re clinically shown to absorb within about 23–30 minutes after swallowing. Plus, less than one calorie per 5-gram serving if you’re concerned anbout calorie impact. A typical 5 tablet serving is equal to 30g of whey protein but with minimal calorie impact. PROS: tablets are definitely clean, vegan, and contain zero sugar or fillers. MINOR CONS: they are a bit large to swallow and slightly chalky when you put them in your hand. And the price is on the higher side. That said, for someone like me, in an active keto-focused lifestyle right now and often rushing out the door, this has been a solid and hassle-free way to get higher quality amino acids without dragging around protein shakes or nasty protein bars.
