他の方のレビュー通りタブレットが大きくてたまに喉奥に引っかかる事がありますがストレスにはなりません。 朝晩1錠ずつ摂取しています。 体調良く効いている感じがします。 マグネシウムには何由来のマグネシウムかで効くものと効かないものがあるそうで多くのユーチューバーがリンゴ酸由来のマグネシウムを推しているので購入しました。

文字通りアメリカンサイズって感じで１錠が大きい…と言うか、厚すぎる。 長さはマイプロのカルニチンと変わらないが、 厚さはそれの２倍以上あります。 そのまま飲んだら喉に詰まってタヒぬんじゃないかと、恐怖を覚えるレベル！ なので、ペンチで砕いて飲んでます。 成分は良いと思いますが、リピは無いかな〜

キレートの種類、Mgの含有量で、これにしましたが、大きい錠剤です。縦にして何とか飲めます。日本人の女性・子供は、難しいですね。サプリカッターが必要ですね。塩化Mgサプリで、１錠あたりの含有量の多いものを探していますが、見当たりませんね。
