無味無臭で何に入れても大丈夫です。毎朝、コーヒーに入れて飲んでます。ヨーグルトにも大丈夫です。今はボトルから1プッシュ入れる事にしたので良いのですが、小さじ1杯とかスプーンに入れようとするとプシュと出てこぼれます。沢山入れるとお腹が緩くなるとありますが、私は大丈夫みたいです。効果については 良いように感じています。
