218 page book. This book is high quality with thick pages and a hard cover. The book is perfect for my 8 year old who is in 3rd grade. The book series comes in a comic book style. They are very fun, imaginative and interesting. The book pages are full of colorful illustrations and not tons of words. The print is large and fun. It's just a fun easy reading kids book.bmy daughter has almost read them all. She even reads them multiple times. Would highly recommend to anyone with kids around 2-5 grade. Definitely buy!!! You will buy more after that I'm sure. Good luck!

This graphic novel series for kids is such a fun read. My son started reading them when he was 7, and he is now 9 and still enjoys them very much. They make him laugh, and are great for older readers who still love illustrations in books, but are too old for your standard board books. Every time a new Dog Man book comes out, I pre-order it through Amazon so he gets it right when it's released. These books are solid quality, made with thick binding that can take a beating, and pages thick enough to withstand being smooshed into a schoolbag. They are extremely well made, and will last a very long time. Dave Pilkey is a fantastic writer for kids!

My teen daughter was so happy to see more Dog Man in action in this book. She thought Dog Man was SUPA kawaii and silly, and she thinks little kids will definitely love it. She loved everything about this book and also loves Big Jim’s positive attitude. She works part-time at an after-school program for K–5, so she can’t wait to talk about it with the kids she cares for there. At her work, she even helps the kids read, making this a quick, perfect read for her to stay current and communicate with the kids. As with all the Dog Man books she’s read, this one delivers great messages, exciting action, and plenty of funny moments that keep readers engaged from start to finish. My husband and I read this book as well, and we totally agree with her. Highly recommended for readers of any age! Her only question: where is Petey? (her second favorite character). She hopes another Dog Man book comes out soon—and that Petey makes a return!

My formerly reluctant reader grandson enjoys these. He got the first one in 3rd grade and it hooked him into enjoying reading. He is now in the first year of high school and enjoys these new ones as they come out. He is enjoying reading in general and does well in school. Some people will put books like this down, but anything that engages a reader is very worthwhile. They can and usually will expand their reading when they realize it can be fun! As a retired school librarian I highly recommend this series!

Latest of the Dogman Book series. Gave to our 6 year old grandson who absolutely adores Dogman. He was so excited when he opened this gift. Bought an extra one so there will be one here when he sleeps over. Besides stuffed animals and Hot Wheel cars, Dogman books usually surround his bed at night too! If your child likes graphic novels they'll love Dogman; but start at the beginning because there is a whole story that unfolds and is reviewed from book to book but the characters grow and change as the story develops. Even if your child can't fully read yet or even at all, they will love these books. Great way to nurture a love for reading.

Another fun fillled adventure

Our family has been following the Dog Man series for years. My older son was a huge fan when he was younger, and now that he’s grown out of the series, my youngest son has picked up the love for it. Passing the collection down felt special, and he was thrilled to get his hands on this latest edition of Dog Man. This new book is just over 200 pages and filled with bright, colourful illustrations that make the story come alive. The humour and fun storytelling keep kids entertained from start to finish. One of my favourite things about all the Dog Man books is the sturdy hard covers. They hold up much longer in kids’ hands, which is a big plus for a series that’s read over and over. Whether you’re already a fan or brand new to the series, this is a fantastic pick. I highly recommend it for kids ages 6 to 13!

My ten year old nephew has dyslexia and this book series has him beyond excited to read and learn. With the books pages being very visual and stimulating to read and view with the colours and layout, he will sit for ages with these books and read them over and over.

Purchased on pre-order for my son who has all the dog man books and this one did not disapoint. Great book. Easy to read. Fun for all kids.
