Came very well packaged as a pleasant smooth, slight sweet smell. It is ground to a fine powder. No clumps came fresh a tight heavy duty ziploc bag, you can reseal it. Works great with making breads, cakes and pies. It has a lot of health benefits to a lot more that regular flour does not have. and it gives it that extra bit of sweetness while you're getting a dose of potassium, it's an excellent price too, and it was a very good quality, I will be purchasing this again.

Great product

I take it with my morning & afternoon protein shake. Seems to help me be a little more satiated along with a few other things. I’ll share the other things in case there's a synergistic effect, but I was already taking the other things before adding this about 2 months later & this addition has been notably beneficial. More info than you’ll need on the other things, but eh whatever, like I said I’ll share in case there’s a synergistic effect: MCT Oil, EAA’s, Whey Protein Powder, Relora, Berberine, glycine, fish oil, olive oil, electrolytes (I just make my own from magnesium, Baja gold salt & potassium so I can better control the amount & it’s cheaper), one of the following or a small mix of the three: (small of each so it isn’t overly calming) L Theanine, Lemon Balm Extract, Rhodiola Rosea. I also take fiber, but probably just in the morning on weekends, sometimes weekdays, just depends, and then always in the late afternoon/early evening (either PGX which works really well, Glucommanan or Fenugreek). And then there are some other things like OEA, that aren’t as consistent, but I’ll leave it at those.

Updated review. I was contacted by the company and emailed with Daniella. My money was refunded and they did quality control on thenitem. They will be going with a new vendor. I will try it again. I've ordered this flour before and loved it. This time the texture was different. It was very light and like sand coming off the spoon when measuring. I tried it in the waffle recipe I have used it for many times before but it resulted in something like cement. Trying to save the recipe I added more milk to thin it. It took a total of 3 cups of milk instead of one cup to get to the right consistency but it failed to bake. I decided to just try it again thinking I had done something wrong in the recipe. Same results - cement like. I attempted calling the customer service phone number for the seller/company. Had to leave a message and they haven't gotten back with me yet. Tried calling the phone number again later and now can't leave a message because the mail box is full. My concern was I think they either changed their process or had a problem with this batch/lot number. I wanted my questions answered to have confidence in their product, as I had before. As it is I will not be ordering again unless they contact me and answer my questions and/or provide me a replacement, at no cost to me. Thankfully Amazon refunded what I paid since the seller/company customer service is severely lacking.

UPDATED REVIEW: I received a package with green banana flour and it was as hard as a rock. I emailed the company right away to notify them but no one initially responded. Perhaps because it was a food item, I could not get refunded. In the midst of trying to contact them and writing the review, I received a message from Daniela in their R&D Product Development & Quality Control. She apologized profusely and after going back and forth a couple of times, she made sure I was properly refunded for the product. Her customer service is exemplary and she wouldn’t stop until she made sure that the money was reimbursed. I can’t thank Live Kuna enough for standing by their banana flour and for Daniela’s persistence and honesty. Although I did not have a good experience the first time buying, they’ve gained a customer who will definitely continue to purchase their items. Thanks, Live Kuna and Daniela.
