Puro is a free flowing good quality salt with the necessary minerals in it , much better than Tata salt n other salts loaded in the market , it is costlier but its better to eat n choose your salt wisely rather than paying money to doctors later in life .It can b used daily in cooking , n should b stored in a glass jar .

Have been buying this for many years now

I've been using Puro salt for a while now and happy with it. I feel that it is a healthier option compared to common salt. It is tasty and flavorsome as common salt but healthier as the package states. I always use less salt in cooking. It is loose, mostly moisture free and has a pink tinge to it. If a pinch of iodine is also added to fortify it I will be more satisfied with Puro. Also, more product info regarding origin and refining process in the cover will bring total customer satisfaction. It goes out of stock often so stock up. Value for money, go for it!

Not recommended for those having high blood pressure . Contains excess sodium in comparison with normal sea salt available in the market in much cheaper price.

Don’t expect it to be 100% pink in color. It’s mixture of both pink and white color extracted salt. When it’s not used for sprinkling purposes, It’s recommended to dissolve it in water separately and use the salt water for cooking and throw away the residues, if found at the bottom.
