Excellent dried Ancho Chili peppers. I made a tamale sauce with these peppers and it was delicious..

My chilis came still pliable and there was no mold issue at all. Ive used them for a few different dishes already and they are delicious after a few minutes of roasting in the oven then soaking in hot water for 20 minutes. I soak all my peppers together in hot water and then use or save the "chili water" for using either in the dish or rice or other yummy uses! Its so flavorful!
