I have fine, thin color treated hair and it gets greasy so easily. Honestly I was afraid to use this for the longest time after I ordered it because I didn’t know what it was going to do to my hair. I realized I shouldn’t have been so skeptical. This stuff is great! Because of my blonde hair I use purple shampoo once a week. It builds up on my scalp and is so hard to remove. This stuff helps take that out! I use this the wash after the purple shampoo to help remove the build up. A little goes a long way, especially since you use it on dry hair. You have to be sure to use it ahead of time so keep in mind it takes longer when using it. It smells good too. Like a minty, earthy smell. I recommend this to anyone that has fine greasy hair like me!

I've been using this product once a week to refresh my scalp and hair. I apply it to my dry hair as soon as I get up and leave it in while I do my morning stuff, then I use my scalp brush in the shower before I rinse it out. It does do a nice job of freshening up my head and hair. I just really don't enjoy using it. I don't like the way it feels in my dry hair, and the minty scent is less spa and more toothpaste. It's also on the very high end of what I'd like to pay for a product like this. I'm not sure it's great value for the money. In short, it works well, but it's not something that I look forward to using.

I'm mixed on this product. The price is very steep, and while I was able to get multiple uses out of it, it's because I have fine/thin hair. I have a hard time being okay with spending this high of a price, no matter how good the results. I usually put this on and let it sit on my head for hours before rinsing out. It keeps my hair in place, almost gel like and kind of stiffening where I don't need a hair tie to hold my hair up and out of my face while I do other tasks. It's easy to use, easy to run through my hair, it's a bit goopy before drying. The smell is incredibly strong, very peppery to me. By the end of the jar however, I was accustomed to the smell and actually enjoyed it. I was able to use about 4 different times. The end result was noticeable, my hair felt better and rejuvenated. I honestly really do enjoy this product, I think it's a good quality and I think it was effective for my hair where I could see the benefits. I just have a hard time with the price, however, with the benefits and using this every so often for maintenance, I think it is a quality product.

Can really feel the difference when using this before my shampoo and conditioner regimen. My scalp felt so fresh and energized if that's a thing. It smells OK, nothing to write home about but it's not terrible. I have thinner and dry hair and it helped to revitalize my hair to be st ronger and I notice it's not falling out allover like it was before. I'm not saying this grows hair or something, I'm just saying I had weak hair before that would come out easy but I didn't have hairloss or anything and still don't, but after using this prewash for a few weeks, it seems to help with strengthening the hair and the follicles because I notice less hair about.
