After using this phone system, I've got a bit of a mixed opinion. The clarity on calls is top-notch, and the call-blocking features are a godsend for dodging those pesky spam calls. Being able to grow the system with additional handsets is super convenient, especially for a busy household like ours, where a phone is always in use somewhere between the living room antics and the backyard gardening. Plus, the two-way recording grabbed my attention – perfect for those moments when my attention is split, and I need to replay a call to catch the details. But, it's not all sunshine and rainbows. The lack of Bluetooth is a stark omission in an otherwise modern gadget-menagerie, and it feels like a step back in connectivity. Furthermore, the inability to export call recordings is more than a hiccup; it's like baking the most delicious cake and then forgetting to share it. Yes, the phone ticks many boxes, but could've scored a winning goal with just a bit more tech foresight.

I bought this phone for a patient in a care facility who still wanted a landline. It was the perfect choice with a phone for the living room and a second for her bedside. It was easy to set up and she's had no problems after months of use. It also has Caller ID, adjustable volume, and an easy to use message system. This is a great phone!

I needed a home phone with a base unit to keep in another bedroom. This Panasonic phone fits my needs and seems to function as intended. It's easy to set up and use, and looks nice in my home. The sound quality is decent, and it has an adequate range. It gets used infrequently, so I haven't tested all the features. But, I am happy with this purchase.
