Is this 100% dragon's blood or does it contain alcohol or other products? thanks

It's 100 percent dragon"s blood,no alcohol no other products.

This product says 1-2 drops in water. A similar larger bottle says 15-20 drops in 8 oz water. Any reason why. Larger 4 oz is weaker?

I have never taken it internally. I use it for skin problems such as bites, rashes so far at least. I learned about it in Ecuador it was all about skin.
