Searched an install video on YouTube for my exact Dell laptop - install was so easy. I really needed the extra storage. I didn’t do any tests but speed seems very fast.

I've been burned by some NVMe SSD in the past, where they are designed with a high-speed cache chip up front, and then a bunch of slow chips behind that. They seem fast at first, but then under sustained load drop from >400 MBps to less than 80 MBps. These are not one of those kind of SSD. The ones I purchased sustain sequential write speed more than 400 MBps.

Fits well. Did not come with M2 x 3mm screw for mounting. No installation instructions (physical installation is easy, but formatting and cloning instructions would have been useful). Use of Samsung Data Migration software did not work (many disclaimers and conditions where software would not work). Otherwise, seems well built and easy to physically install.

Using the OEM bracket found on ebay, the chip installed very nicely.

Works great so far. Very easy to install and use. Not having to route cables through my case for my drive really simplified my build a lot.

It may not be the best SSD out there, but it's been 5 months since this SSD was purchased and used by me. It's fast enough to be faster than a hard drive, that's for sure. Good enough for me. Update: After 2 years, the ssd failed.
