Love these bars! They taste great & are low in calories. Great if you are looking for a sweet treat but don’t want all the sugar & calories!

Close enough to a cereal marshmallow treat to be enjoyable. Plenty of fiber, plenty of protein and a good marshmallow consistancy. The bars are a reasonable size. The plain ones have a definite coconut taste occasionally but I didn’t notice it in other flavors. Like all ‘healthier’ treats, they are pricy as there are only 4 in a box.

I like em. They definitely have a slightly weird taste, but overall they do fill me up and are pretty good… I do have to be careful because I can only eat half of one before my stomach gets upset but it’s a perfect amount.

They are really good.

For low carb, keto treats I am used to less than sweet tastes but this strawberry milkshake cereal bar tastes lukewarm cardboard. However, the chocolaty peanut flavor is pretty tasty.
