This little laptop has been the best value! I wanted something I could carry around without it weighing me down, and this is perfect. When it arrived, it took only minutes to get it up and running, and the battery life has been excellent. It runs fast and does everything I need it to do for work.

The computer is in good condition and works fine BUT it is running the deprecated Windows 10 and I'm finding no way to upgrade to Windows 11 without purchasing a new license. I paid more than I wanted to for this refurbished computer because it " Supposedly " came with Windows 11. This is an unacceptable situation. I like the computer, and it is fully capable of running Windows 11, I really don't want to spend the money on another copy of Windows 11 when it is supposed to have it already. Frustrated.

Great purchase and definitely worth the money. Great quality laptop came with chipped paint but I ordered the acceptable refurbished version and chipped paint doesn't matter to me. The touch screen was a wonderful surprise.

This is a VERY solid laptop for the price. I tested it for a day to make sure there were no issues. It performs well, the screen is in pristine condition, the battery lasted several hours of light, on/off use. The keyboard is clean and has no worn or sticky keys (it is the non-backlit version). The touch-screen works perfectly. I wiped the hard drive and installed a fresh Windows 11 Pro image after my testing, the embedded license auto activated right away so it's definitely a legit Win11 Pro license. There are a couple cons - a vinyl skin was added to the laptop, presumably to refresh the finish, which is fine, it's a nice finish and probably looks a lot nicer than whatever scratches might be on it, but they covered all the screws on the bottom. Not great if you want to upgrade or service it in the future, you'll have to cut or poke through the vinyl. I also smell the slightest hint of "the previous owner was a smoker" when the fan comes on. It's not a huge deal and can be expected from a used machine, I think I'm just a little extra sensitive to that smell, I used to repair computers and you could always tell. The laptop is advertised and pictured as coming with a CD drive. Mine didn't. Which is fine with me, I'll never need it and would honestly rather not have it. Finally, the included charger seems to work just fine, but it's a generic unbranded one so I don't fully trust it. Luckily it charges via USB-C so there's plenty of other options if you're picky about that.

I love the laptop it look like new the battery last long. It’s not a mark or chip or dent on it. Wide screen it as wine definitely a great buy.

Computer is good. some weird controls with the volume buttons and having to press F to even get the volume controls to work, once i figured that out I was fine. But this make shift charger they sent me doesn't like to work. It's not the right charger so they slapped an adapter to the existing charging port to it to make it "work"... problem is that thing needs to be finessed to even charge and one slight move and it stops again. So not impressed I had to buy a new charger day one of getting it... I know it's not the original charger as i use to have this exact computer.. If everything was functional it would of been 5 star, as the computer itself so far runs really well.

Battery life is about 3 hours or so. Somtimes the screen won’t come on unless you plug it in and it will still be at 50 percent battery. Other times you have to press the power button and wait for a while. But it’s all good. It works good for my spouse and I. We only use it for 3d printing, cricket designs and sublimation type stuff. The top layer did start pilling up but they made it right and took care of me. Easy set up. The size is good not crazy big but big enough to see.

Excelente producto, recibí una Laptop tal cual la describe el vendedor, en condición de excelente, solo trae dos detalles estéticos en la carcasa, fuera de eso el equipo está súper bien, ya la estuve probando y funciona de maravilla, la calidad del equipo es excelente, la recomiendo. Solicité reembolso porque el equipo llego con fallas en el sistema y el marco de plástico de la pantalla despegado, y ni Amazon ni el vendedor me realizaron el reembolso. Ya cerraron mi solicitud, y se quedaron con el equipo y con el pago efectuado. Pésimo.
