This actually works! My hairstylist has asked me many times what have I been doing to my hair because it gets thicker and thicker each time she silk presses my hair. The gummy is easy to take and actually tastes good. Now keep in mind I consistently used this hair gummy for months so it is fully in my system, with that being said, I have definitely seen a significant difference.

I've been a client for a 9-10 months now, ordered 4 or 5 times now and the results I've seen in my hair are amazing!!! I’ve only been taking these for a short while so I can’t comment on how well they work. They do taste ok and don’t have any kind of weird smell or anything but they are definitely a strange color. The picture in the Amazon listing shows a bright pink gummy vitamin but what I got are these peachy brown flesh colored things. I really hope that’s not an indication that they are spoiled or knockoffs or something. Like I said they taste and smell fine but I am concerned about their efficacy bc of their color compared to what the listing shows.

Super tasty vitiamins haven't seen hair growth quite yet but hair loss seems improved and hair is very soft. Nice to have multiple vitsmins in one easy supplement. Do feel more energetic. The color of the vitamins are tasty. My nails seem thicker and seem to be for being faster. Working on the biting during stressful times. Will keep tjsing to determine effectiveness for hair growth. Skin is very soft especially for this time of year. Skin health and and effectiveness of hair loss products CNA be challenging after 40 years but I am hopeful.

Overall these are comparable to baby blues postpartum gummies for almost half the price. Maybe some slight differences in the vitamin E, and collagen but that can easily be supplemented.
